Here’s my impression of the Mevius Smooth Regular stick when used with the Ploom X Advanced.
As the device heats up, a subtle sweet aroma begins to emerge, adding a pleasant sensory touch before the first puff.
The first draw offers a relatively light vapor, but from the second or third puff onward, the experience becomes more satisfying with a smooth and balanced throat hit—neither too strong nor too mild.
Compared to the simultaneously released “Mevius Deep Regular,” the vapor density of Smooth Regular is slightly lighter. However, it delivers a refined, silky draw with a distinct core flavor that doesn't overwhelm the senses.
While the vapor output may seem a bit modest at first, it gradually builds up, providing a surprisingly lasting experience—ideal for those who enjoy taking slower, more deliberate draws.
The previous version of Mevius Smooth had a subtle cinnamon-like flavor, but this new Smooth Regular features a cleaner profile with a gentle roasted note and no unusual aftertastes—simple and well-balanced.
Unlike the Deep Regular, which leans into a more pronounced caramel-sweet aroma, Smooth Regular focuses on highlighting the natural character of the tobacco leaves, giving it a more authentic feel.
Flavor-wise, it's comparable to “Sentia Clear Silver” from IQOS or “Lucky Strike Rich Tobacco” from glo. This stick is an excellent choice for those who prefer a light, straightforward regular tobacco flavor without any overpowering elements.
